Don’t worry — you will love it!
Let’s postpone complicated, mind-blowing recipes until Holidays and festive feasts.
Today we don’t have to impress guests with our culinary talent and unique combination of flavors.
The motto of our current menu is simplicity and deliciousness from available products. The ones you can find in your fridge even at the end of the week.
Let’s start now:
#1 — Chocolate brownie
I borrowed this recipe from a mother of 8 children, 7 of which are boys. It was one of the woman’s answers to the question of what she feeds her children.
It will require 15 minutes of time and 3 products:
- egg (4 pieces)
- flour (1 glass — 150 g.)
- Jar of Nutella (400 g, room temperature)
Mix everything till the consistency of thick sour cream. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Distribute it evenly. And place the pan in the preheated oven. Bake the pie for 15 minutes at 180 C degrees.
Cool down the ready pie and cut it into squares.
#2 — Potato fritters
- boiled potatoes: 500 g
- semi-hard cheese: 150 g
- 1 egg
Cool the boiled potatoes and peel it. Grate the potatoes in a deep bowl. Also grate the cheese and add it to the potatoes. Pour the broken egg into the bowl. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste, then mix all ingredients thoroughly until smooth.
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat. Spoon portions of the potato mixture into the pan, forming pancakes. Fry them on both sides until golden brown, about 3–4 minutes on each side.
Place the finished pancakes on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve hot, sprinkled with herbs or with your favorite sauce.
