Bomba Paella

It’s hard to miss the giant paella pans here. With piles of seafood on top of the rice and an amazing aroma in the air, everyone stops to look.

I saw so many people walking around with a plate of paella that I got curious: “Is it really that good?” My friend and I decided to share one, and we totally understood the hype. The rice absorbs all the seafood flavor. If you love seafood, this is a must-try.

Tips: Don’t be scared by the long line! The service is very fast, and I usually wait less than 10 minutes.

The Colombian Coffee Company

I found this coffee stall by pure luck. I just wanted a quick caffeine fix, but it ended up becoming my must-visit spot every time I’m here.

As a coffee lover who needs a cup every day, I’m quite picky. Their coffee isn’t overly complicated, but it has a very smooth and comfortable flavor. It’s the kind of coffee you want to sip slowly and enjoy. They also sell coffee beans if you want to brew them at home.

Sometimes, the best part of Borough Market isn’t just the food. It’s the feeling of walking through the market with a warm cup of coffee in your hand.
